«NPC legal name once registered» is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Donors and sponsors

We keep your name, email, and optionally your company and phone number, to process your gift, issue a Section 18A tax certificate and send updates about the week. Card details go to PayFast and never reach us.

Schools and teams

We keep the teacher's contact details, the learners' first names, gender and subjects, and the pitch video to select teams. The teacher confirms that each learner's parent or guardian has consented. Videos are stored privately in South Africa, seen only by the selection panel, and deleted automatically after 12 months.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time: email «contact email, e.g. hello@ domain». You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
