
Tasty Cooking for Beginners
Learn how to make some lovely and easy dishes for friends and family which we will enjoy together on the day.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR
This course is for anybody who thinks they cannot do anything in the kitchen but who would like to.
You will leave able to make at least 4 good meals.
We will only use everyday simple common ingredients and you will learn enough to be able to adjust the recipes giving you options for variations on the theme.
LEVEL
Introductory. Absolutely No experience needed.
LANGUAGE
The sessions will be held in English.
PROCESS
The participants will fully participate in the preparation and cooking of the food
Mariejo has cooked hundreds of meals in various communities and markets for many years.
She loves using what is at hand but is much influenced by her Mauritian background. So: Onion, Garlic and Ginger are her most favourite flavourings!
