Stretch and Breathe for Renewed Being - Level 2

Following up from Level 1, you will learn advanced 5 Element Stretches and extend your Breathing capacityYou will understand how to work with your Meridian Lines in a more practical way for general health maintenance and also how to manage your particular health issues before they become serious. There will be an introduction to The Three Guides to our Lives, by Brigitte Wood, one of our members, a long time meditator.

3) Health Guidelines After foraging for wild plants, you will be taught the process for making your own fermented syrup. And you will be gifted a small bottle of syrup which has been fermented for over 7 years to also take home and enjoy. You will leave empowered and motivated to take better control of your Body and Mind

About The Instructor

Mariejo started this practice fifteen years ago and is still passionate about it.
She has facilitated Beginners groups in South Korea,Johannesburg and Cape Town.
She lives on the beautiful Seonae Ville Community Meditation Farm where she also loves getting her hands dirty!

Mariejo is part of the Seon Food Story Catering Team who supplies Korean Fusion Foods to some Supermarkets and Health Food Stores.

What To Bring
  • Comfortable top and pants for stretching
  • Slip on shoes (as no shoes in training room)
  • Apron for kimchi making.
  • Yoga mats will be provided.
  • Participants to bring blanket for breathing time
