Come and enjoy this magnificent course, which will be presented in a tranquil Country setting.

    I will be presenting a workshop on decor and table settings for picnic style, casual events, as well as for evening, more formal parties or events.
    We will prepare a picnic in the countryside and braai Snoek and Sweet Potatoes pure South African style.
    Come and learn the art of making some traditional South African cuisine, like Waterblommetjie soup, Springbok pie with veggies that we will pick in our organic garden, just to name a few.
    Learn how to make a few South African desserts like Milk Tart, and some Sweet Pastries.
    After the course, you will leave with the knowledge on how to prepare all of the above meals, and you will have had experienced the hospitality of Swellendam and it’s beautiful surroundings.
